Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) using 2-day shipping unless otherwise stated. Please allow 5-7 business days for order to be fulfilled and shipped. Elaine Monet Candle Co uses the USPS calculator which provides approximate, dynamically-calculated shipping rates based on the weight and dimensions of you order, and on the shipping cost to and from addresses.

You will receive a USPS tracking number and expected date of delivery when your order has been shipped. Due to the delays experienced by USPS, Elaine Monet Candle Co is not responsible for the date of delivery specified by USPS. However, Elaine Monet Candle Co, will receive notification once orders have been delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love all of our handcrafted natural candles and accessories. However, if for any reason you do not, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. If any items arrive broken please take a photo and email us before returning them.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, other than those reported damaged or defective, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
